General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.segula.si (hereinafter: the store) are composed in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Obligations Code (OZ), and the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).
Please carefully read the general terms and conditions before using the online store or making a purchase.
The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The user is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the moment the online order is placed. By confirming the order, the user acknowledges the general terms and conditions, data protection policy, and legal notice.
The online store segula.si is managed by the company IKORP d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 2A, 1295 Ivančna Gorica, company registration number: 9213899000, VAT number: SI22595279, which is also the provider of e-commerce services.
The online store is open 24/7. Due to various technical reasons, operation via the online store or even access to the store might sometimes be unavailable. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or completely stop access to the online store for a certain or indefinite period. The provider is not responsible for non-functioning of the store due to user error, any consequences of misuse of the online store, service interruptions due to network failure, power outage, or other technical disturbances that may temporarily or even for an extended period interfere with use.
1. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
User registration at order is not required but recommended as it enables faster processing of the next purchase. To place an order, entering personal data (first name, last name, address, email) and choosing the delivery method (personal pickup, postal delivery) is mandatory. For company purchases, the company name and VAT number are also required.
Payment options include cash on delivery, cash payment upon personal pickup, prepayment invoice, credit or debit card, or via PayPal.
An order begins by selecting the desired product by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. One product is sufficient for purchase. After adding the product, you can go to the cart page by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner, where you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping. On the cart page, you can change product quantities or remove items. Assuming you agree with the cart contents, you can proceed by clicking the “Checkout” button. Then enter your personal and delivery details and select the payment method. After entering and verifying all data and the cart content, you can finalize the purchase by clicking the “Buy Now” button. Please double-check the data before clicking as your order will be finalized, and you will receive the order details via email.
You can cancel the ordering process anytime by closing the browser window unless you have already confirmed the order after entering your details. In that case, please contact us for further information at +386 70 207 990 or info@segula.si.
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, including payment instructions for prepayment invoices if applicable. The order data is also stored in the provider’s archive. You can access these data and other stored records anytime upon a written request sent to info@segula.si or the company address.

TECHNICAL MEANS FOR ERROR RECOGNITION AND CORRECTION BEFORE ORDER SUBMISSION
Before submitting an order, a preview opens in the “Cart” and “Checkout” pages, allowing you to verify the selected goods. If incorrect data is entered, you can correct it in the cart. Errors or unfilled fields will trigger a message listing the mistakes. If you do not wish to submit the order, you can close or leave the page, interrupting the submission and confirmation.
If you notice an error, you can return to the cart and adjust the products accordingly.
2. PRICES
All prices are in euros (EUR), including VAT. IKORP d.o.o. is a VAT payer.
Prices apply at the time the order is placed and do not have a predefined validity unless in special offers clearly marked.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the buyer places the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and binding for both parties. After order submission, the user receives an email notification whether the order is accepted or rejected.
3. WARRANTY
We guarantee that the product will function flawlessly if the user follows the provided instructions. IKORP d.o.o. commits to repair or replace any defects or technical deficiencies occurring during normal use within the warranty period (45 days). The warranty is valid if instructions on the warranty certificate and receipt are observed.
Warranty periods are stated on warranty certificates, receipts, or the legally prescribed warranty period. Other products have manufacturer-defined warranty terms under law, under these conditions:

4. PAYMENT METHODS, PAYMENT CONFIRMATION, AND INVOICE
Payment is possible by credit or debit card, PayPal, cash on personal pickup, prepayment invoice, or cash on delivery.
Payment deadline is 5 working days after receiving the invoice.
The original invoice will be provided in physical form with the delivered product. For personal pickup, the buyer receives a printed invoice upon collection.
The invoice itemizes all purchase-related costs. The buyer must verify invoice data accuracy before order submission and notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days. Late complaints will not be considered.
Orders and invoices are archived by the company. Upon written request to info@segula.si or IKORP d.o.o., the buyer can view the contract at the company premises.
5. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery cost within Slovenia is €5 (VAT included).
For orders over €250, shipping within Slovenia is free.
Delivery time is 1 to 3 working days from order or prepayment receipt, or longer if stated on the product. No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

DELIVERY METHOD
Shipments are delivered by GLS courier; their terms apply. In exceptional cases, another courier may deliver, and the customer will be informed by phone or email.
If the courier requires additional delivery information, please use the “Apartment” field in the delivery details.
Orders can also be picked up personally at IKORP d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 2A, 1295 Ivančna Gorica. The provider will notify the buyer by phone or email when the goods are ready.
International orders are handled individually and can be sent to info@segula.si.
Items unavailable for a longer period will be temporarily removed from the online store offer.
HANDLING DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (COMPENSATION)
If the package is delivered damaged, missing content, or shows signs of opening, you can file a compensation claim within 5 calendar days from receipt by emailing info@segula.si. Please include photos of the package, internal packaging, damaged product, postal label, and damage description.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
For distance or off-premises contracts, consumers have 14 days to notify IKORP d.o.o. of withdrawal without giving a reason. The notice can be submitted using the form from Article 138 paragraph 5 of ZVPot-1 or a clear statement of withdrawal.

If the consumer received the goods and withdraws, they must return or hand over the goods to IKORP d.o.o. or its authorized person immediately or within 14 days after notification (except if the company offers to collect the goods). The consumer is considered to have returned the goods on time if they send them before the 14-day return deadline expires.
Upon withdrawal, IKORP d.o.o. will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund is made with the same payment method used by the buyer.
The right to return does not apply if items are not returned or if the company was not timely notified of withdrawal.
The only cost borne by the buyer for withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods (shipping cost depending on parcel type). Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
RETURNS FOR LEGAL ENTITIES
If you want an invoice issued to a company, you accept business terms applying to companies. Companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities can return goods only within warranty terms. 7. COMPLAINTS
The seller is responsible for any non-conformity of goods existing at delivery and showing within two years as per Article 78 paragraph 1 of ZVPot-1.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer who notified the seller is entitled to:

Request free restoration of conformity by IKORP d.o.o.

Request a proportional price reduction or withdraw from the contract and request a refund.
The buyer must notify the provider of contract withdrawal and return the product with the receipt at their own cost within the legal period. The buyer must allow inspection of the product.
If the buyer returns damaged or used goods, the provider reserves the right to claim compensation for reduced product value.
8. SECURITY
User personal data are processed confidentially and only for order processing. No personal data will be provided to third parties unless necessary for order fulfillment, delivery, or payment.
User data is processed according to the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Provider undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. All personal data of the online store users are confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
Most pages on the online store can be visited without disclosing personal information such as name, address, or email address. However, some information is automatically collected using cookies and web beacons (“pixel tags”), standard tools in the web industry. 12. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana. The provider, in accordance with legal regulations, does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent to resolve consumer disputes initiated by consumers under the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 81/15).

The provider respects valid consumer protection legislation, contractual regulations, and other rules governing the offering of goods and services online. The provider strives to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person whom the buyer can contact by phone or email in case of issues. The delivery time for ordered products is up to 10 working days. If the ordered goods are not currently in stock, you will be informed by email or phone about the estimated delivery time.
Discount Code
Discount codes provide various benefits when shopping through the online store www.segula.si and are time-limited.
How to use the discount code:
